How to Return an Item
Email us at tecgoodvibe@outlook.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we'll process your refund to your original payment method as soon as possible. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we'll cover the cost of return shipping too.
Refunds & Your Rights
We aim to process approved refunds as soon as possible once we receive your returned item. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory right to cancel most online orders within 14 days under UK consumer law, nothing here affects those rights.
